Competition for China Union Pay

Wan Jianhua, the General Manager of Shanghai International Group, recently founded a new professional pay platform in Shanghai called All in Pay (通聯支付 tōng lián zhīfù).
The All in Pay system is a direct competitor of China Union Pay, also founded by Wan, a system that allows customers to withdraw money from a domestic and international network of ATMs.
All in Pay is different as it aims to provide micropayment and third-party payment service for commercial banks, businessmen and ordinary card-holders.
