    As one of the areas piloting China's "three networks integration" or 三網融合 sānwǎng rónghé, cable TV customers in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, cities located in Hunan Province, will soon have access to 10M-speed internet service.     Hangzhou HSDP Group Co. Ltd is suing Zhang Jianzhong, a local CPC representative.
