State Council Raises Down Payment Minimum to 60% for Second Homes

Second-home buyers will face a down payment of 60% and mortgage rates of at least 1.1 times the basic interest rate. The measure was decided during the executive meeting of the State Council on January 26, and is aimed at controlling inflated property prices.
