Morgan Stanley will sell its 34.3 percent share of China International Capital Corporation (CICC) to KTR and TPG, two giant private equity companies, for over one billion US dollars. Li Jiange, Chairman of the CICC and also a representative of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), confirmed the deal had been reached but emphasised that it was still awaiting regulatory approval.
