Local Governemts Fail to Come Through With Stimulus Spending

China's National Audit Office released an audit report on stumulus spending for 1,981 projects on Tuesday. The report revealed that 9.07 billion yuan in supporting funds for these projects, which was supposed to come from local governments, has not been secured.
