    According to a report by Kashgar News Online (喀什新聞網消息), Zhang Renliang (張仁良), the former deputy party secretary and district head of Shanghai's Jing'an District was appointed as the deputy party secretary of the prefectural party committee of Kashgar (中共喀什地委副書記) last month.
