1. Zhongshan Puts Time Limits on Housing Restrictions

On Nov. 10, Zhongshan announced a new housing policy that would limit the price of a single newly-constructed commercial housing to below 5,800 yuan per square meter until Dec. 31, making it the sixth city in Guangdong to announce specific price limits on the real estate sector. However the method of limiting restrictions to 52 days is still rare. One commentator said Zhongshan government's temporary policy is simply being introduced to cope with pressure from the central government to control housing prices. 

2. Securities Regulator in Push to Improve Dividend System

The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) pledged to make initial public offerings (IPOs) and refinancing transactions more transparent in order to protect the interest of investors. The regulator will also require listed companies to improve the way they pay out dividends so that shareholders are more fairly rewarded for their investment. The CSRC will require companies to include clear details of their dividend policies in their prospectus. 

3. Central Bank: We Need to Standardize and Monitor Private Lending

A spokesperson for the People's Bank of China, the country's central bank, told the Xinhua News Agency yesterday that the bank is considering establishing a system for standardizing private lending activities. The official noted that various ministries were committed to improving how private lending was monitored. The unnamed official alse reiterated existing rules that state the interest rate on funds lent privately should not exceed four times that of comparable bank loans.

1.火星探測器或將墜毀 俄方可能不會賠償

搭載中國“螢火一號”火星探測器的“福布斯-土壤”探測器，還懸在太空，也懸在很多人的心頭。北京航空航天大學推進理論與工程博士、美國科羅拉多州立大學訪問學者謝侃表示，俄羅斯的探測器大概耗資10億人民幣，如果失敗損失更嚴重。此次的風險應該是中俄雙方共同承擔，即使有賠償協議，最終給中國賠償的可能性并不大。 

2.央行：發展多層次信貸市場

 中國人民銀行有關負責人日前接受媒體采訪時表示，民間借貸是正規金融有益和必要的補充，具有制度層面的合法性。但是，由于民間借貸游離于正規金融之外，存在著交易隱蔽、風險不易監控以及容易滋生非法集資、洗錢犯罪等問題，這就需要通過修訂與完善相應的法律法規予以引導和規范。

3.人民郵電報就電信聯通涉嫌壟斷報道 四問央視

人民郵電報今天頭版刊發《混淆視聽 誤導公眾——駁央視對電信、聯通涉嫌價格壟斷的報道》一文，報道稱，通過調查與采訪，發現央視報道完全是片面之詞，錯誤百出，與事實嚴重不符。并就“基本概念厘清了嗎？”、“　壟斷事實查明了嗎？”、“全球行情吃準了嗎？”、“新聞素養丟掉了嗎？”向央視發問。

4.謝國忠：房價下跌不可避免 有錢先投資股市

曾在1997年成功預測香港房地產將暴跌50%和內地通縮，因為一直唱空房地產市場被人戲稱為經濟界的“空軍一號”。他，就是經濟學家謝國忠。

謝國忠認為，當今的高房價是很多因素作用的結果，泡沫總有一天會破，現在已經開始破了。他認為今年下半年將開始下跌，但這個下跌不是一步到位的，先期先下跌20%-30%，之后可能會有反復，到2014年會出現房價下跌50%。

5.戴相龍：相關部門正積極研究養老金入市

全國社?；鹄硎聲硎麻L、國際金融論壇常務副理事長戴相龍10日在國際金融論壇2011年全球年會期間表示，相關主管部門正積極研究養老金進入資本市場投資。目前社?；鹫芯繑U大對外投資的領域，可以從股票債券投資擴大到工商企業的股權投資等。

6.iPhone 4S香港開賣

蘋果iPhone 4S于11日早間7時在香港正式發售，發售前夜，上千名蘋果愛好者圍聚在蘋果店外。據悉，iPhone 4S香港售價 16G版本為5088港幣，約合人民幣4150元。32G版本5888港幣，約合人民幣4800元，64G版本6688港幣，約合人民幣5454元。排隊作為iPhone產品上市的“必修課”，iPhone 4S作為蘋果CEO喬布斯生前的最后一部作品，這些因素，使得這一部iPhone 4S格外的搶手。 

7.光棍節，電商HOLD得住嗎？

今天，2011年11月11日，在網絡上被人戲稱為世紀光棍節，或者這一天是讓那些至今還單身的朋友們愁苦的日子，但同樣愁苦的是為電商光棍節大戰送貨的快遞們！

據測算，今年“光棍節”期間，快遞的業務量單日增幅將在20%以上，僅申通一家就預計每天的增量或達50萬—60萬單，總量預計將達到370萬單—380萬單。制約國內電子商務市場發展的一大瓶頸，就是快遞變慢遞，貨物不能按時到達，甚至出現丟貨現象，讓電商與消費者頗為頭疼。此次光棍節狂歡，更是讓網購市場的物流供應鏈遭遇大考。

 8.俄羅斯結束18年入世長跑 將于明年7月前加入WTO

經過長達18年的入世談判，俄羅斯將于明年7月加入WTO。

10日，俄羅斯入世談判工作組結束了最后一次正式會議，宣布解散，這個工作組囊括了60多個國家，其龐大創下了WTO歷史紀錄。

世貿組織總干事帕斯卡爾·拉米當天向俄羅斯代表團贈送了一件球衫，上書“歡迎加入WTO”，俄入世談判的龐大工作組解散前獲贈的球衫上則寫著“功成身退”。
