    Fire Engulfs Diesel Tank at PetroChina's Dalian Oil Refinery 
    According to a Xinhua News Agency report, at around 10am this morning, a fire broke out at a PetroChina refinery in Dalian. The propaganda department of the Dalian Municipal Party Committee revealed that a tank containing 800 tons of diesel caught fire at the number 7 factory of PetroChina's Dalian Petrochemical Corp, which is in the Ganjingzi district of the city. According to early reports there have been no deaths or injuries. Another fire occured at the plant on July 16.
