The World Bank has raised its growth forecast for China to 7.2 percent for 2009, up from a previous estimate of 6.5 percent. The international financial institution issued it's quarterly report on China this morning and predicted that "growth in China should remain respectable this year and next" however, they added that "it is too early to say a robust sustained recovery is on the way."
