Flood Hit Southern China 
Heavy rains have spurred floods in southern China, with 55 lives lost according to state media. Wangmo, a small county in Guizhou province, southern China, is just one place to be submerged. The flood this year has swamped local houses, schools and farm land. The nine provinces hit includ Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou and Yunnan according to Xinhua News Agency.
