“神八”歸來空間交會對接任務圓滿成功
昨天19時32分，在北京航天飛行控制中心的控制下，神舟八號飛船飄然落于內蒙古中部的阿木古郎草原。神舟八號在太空運行17天，兩次與“天宮一號”對接。至此，神舟八號飛船昨天結束了自己的使命，回到地球。
中科院有關專家說，搭載在神舟八號上的通用生物培養箱要在返回艙著陸后7.5小時內轉運到北京實驗室。此次神舟八號上天肩負著17項空間生命科學實驗項目，由中國和德國科學家聯合開展，是中國載人航天首次在空間科學應用領域開展的國際合作。
Z字頭列車20日起網絡售票 T字頭12月10日起實現
從本月20日開始，全國鐵路所有直達特快列車（Z字頭）將實現互聯網售票，12月10日全國鐵路所有特快列車（T字頭）將實現互聯網售票。旅客可登錄www.12306.cn訂購車票。新辦法實行后，互聯網售票網絡將覆蓋D、G、C、T、Z字頭所有列車，K、L及普速列車也有望于龍年春運前夕加入互聯網售票行列。
今年7月份，北京鐵路局曾開通電話訂票業務。再有不到兩個月就要迎來春運了，多元化的訂票方式讓一票難求的局面有多大的改觀，我們還需要拭目以待。
李嘉誠減持中行套現66.6億港元 曾承諾5年不賣
“股市不相信承諾”，李嘉誠用實際行動驗證了這句話。日前，據媒體報道，李嘉誠旗下的基金巨量減持中國銀行H股，最多可能減持了19.3億股，套現66.6億港元。而就在兩年前的長江實業及和記黃埔聯合業績發布會上，李嘉誠還親口承諾五年內不賣出中行股份。
一邊是拋售中行股份套現，另一邊李嘉誠卻在頻繁出手增持自家公司長江實業。
據不完全統計，今年5月份至今，李嘉誠已31次增持長江實業，至少耗資6.5億港元。同時，李嘉誠還頻出大手筆海外收購，尤其青睞英國的水、電等基礎設施領域。
灣仔碼頭陷入"細菌門" 三大知名品牌全部"中招"
最近，一種名為“金黃色葡萄球菌”的細菌染指國內多家知名速凍食品品牌。記者昨天從南京工商局官網上獲悉，在近期該局組織對當地市場銷售的水餃、湯圓、餛飩等速凍食品進行質量抽樣監測，結果檢出包括三全、灣仔碼頭等4個品牌9種速凍食品不合格，而存在主要問題是檢出金黃色葡萄球菌以及菌落總數超標。
根據現行國標，速凍食品不得檢出“金黃色葡萄球菌”。據悉，新國標將對金黃色葡萄球菌指標有了一定的“寬容度”。針對消費者對新標放寬的質疑和擔憂，衛生部日前回應稱，新標準征求意見稿更加符合國際食品微生物采樣檢測要求，是科學合理的。記者查閱速凍新標準發現，雖然“金黃色葡萄球菌”被限量允許存在，但對于檢測依然嚴格。
電廠資金鏈斷裂：煤都山西現斷電風險
據官方數字披露，山西年產煤超過8億噸。但是山西卻是全國發電企業虧損最嚴重省份，山西中南部地區更是“重災區”。
山西中南部13家電廠累計虧損141億元，資不抵債企業數量達到了10家。山西大唐國際運城發電有限責任公司總經理王英說，“資金鏈已經斷了，沒錢買煤了。”
隨著冬季來臨，各地煤炭產量下降，同時煤價還將隨之上漲。如果虧損繼續惡化，占山西省省調裝機容量37％的機組面臨全線停機風險。
近年來，各地火力發電廠巨虧的事件屢見不鮮。而與此形成鮮明對比的卻是電網企業每年都擁有巨額的利潤。這也就是說，不是每年工業、民用對電力的消費在減少，而是發電廠與電網企業之間分蛋糕的機制存在問題。
北京市人大研究論證重建圓明園
我們都知道，圓明園是坐落在北京西郊海淀區，毗鄰頤和園的一座皇家園林。圓明園始建于康熙年間，在1860年被入侵者劫掠并焚毀。
昨天，市人大教科文衛體委員會就加強國家文化中心建設提出九大建議，其中有關研究論證恢復重建圓明園的建議頗為引人注目。
在圓明園被焚毀151年間，關于圓明園遺址是該保留還是重建的問題一直在持續爭論。“廢墟派”主張歷史不容抹殺，應保留圓明園遭焚毀后的殘跡以警示國民勿忘國恥，而重建恐有勞民傷財之嫌；“重建派”則主張，重建或修復圓明園可以恢復民族往日榮光，撫平這段歷史創傷。
美國務卿希拉里訪問菲律賓 車隊遭抗議者潑油漆
據外媒報道，美國國務卿希拉里·克林頓11月16日到訪菲律賓，卻在拜訪總統府后遭遇一段令人不快的插曲。
法新社的一名攝影師在現場目擊后講述說，事件發生時，希拉里剛剛拜訪了菲律賓總統阿基諾，菲律賓警車開道，護送希拉里車隊離開馬尼拉的總統府。大約50多名抗議者圍堵車隊，還向汽車投擲紅色油漆，最后被迫繞行。

IMF敦促歐元區盡快實施債務危機解決方案
國際貨幣基金組織新聞發言人霍利17日表示，國際貨幣基金組織對歐元區目前的狀況“非常擔憂”，歐元區各國應當迅速行動，執行危機解決方案，提升危機管理成效。
歐元區領導人10月份就主權債務危機達成解決方案，決心重塑希臘債務可持續性，為歐洲銀行注資，強化控制危機蔓延的防火墻，在歐元區奠定強有力的經濟治理基礎。
去年5月，歐盟和國際貨幣基金組織決定對希臘提供1100億歐元救援計劃，其中國際貨幣基金組織提供300億歐元。

The 26 defendants are accused of crimes including interferring with the provision of public service, arson and the disturbance of business operations. On Jul 23, three policemen were tied to a turned-over police car and had petrol splashed on them by the villagers. Along with the three policemen, three other people were also hurt in the incident.

The former head of the NSB who was removed from his position and expelled from the party for corruption in late 2006, told attendees at a recent economic conference that problems with local government debt would not lead to an economic crisis in China. Qiu admitted that the National Audit Office's estimate of 10.7 trillion yuan in local government debt really was quite large, however he went on to emphasize that "80 percent of these debts are bank loans and only 20 percent of the debts really have problems, that is on a scale of about one to two trillion yuan ... given that China is collecting ten trillion yuan in revenue each year, 2 trillion yuan in debt is not a big problem."
Qiu is very optimistic that the local debt problem can be solved. He said that the Chinese government currently holds more than 100 trillion yuan in state-owned financial assets and centrally-controlled SOE also have more than 30 trillion yuan in assets. Qiu argued that an appropriate reduction in the amount of these state holdings would be enough to solve the local debt problem.
