網絡版專稿 記者 胡中彬 身陷美國貨幣市場基金投資泥淖的中國投資有限責任公司（下稱“中投”）能否全身而退，又生懸念。

盡管中投公司昨天（10月16日）公開聲明，中投公司目前并非是美國The Reserve管理的Primary Fund的股東投資者而是債權人，并已于日前向The Reserve管理的Primary Fund提出了償還全部本息的要求。但這樣的訴求似乎并未能得到美國Primary Fund的認同。

而The Reserve隨后專門針對該問題在其網站上回應稱，Stable Investment Corp.不會優先于The Reserve管理的Primary Fund其他投資者獲得清償資金，且所獲清償額度取決于最終清盤計劃。

Stable Investment Corp.是中投旗下子公司。中投公司通過Stable Investment Corp.持有Reserve Primary基金的11.1%法人股權，大約投資額度有54億美元，而近期Reserve Primary基金因投資雷曼兄弟損失而引發大規模的贖回，要求贖回的資金規模約400億元占公司管理資產的六成多，而該基金返還給投資者的資金只有100億美元，并向監管機構申請允許其無限期暫停返回資金，該基金當前進入清算階段，由此引發市場對中投公司50余億元的擔憂。

中投公司稱，之前公司曾投資于該基金，但在該基金宣布停盤前已發出了全盤贖回指令，并且Primary Fund已書面確認將返還中投公司的全部本息。中投表示，根據相關法律，其不應承擔可能面臨的3%本金損失。因為相關的贖回工作發生在基金停盤前，所以不會承擔上述損失。

Primary Fund已宣布于近日進行第一批資金返還，總額將達所欠投資資金的35%左右。目前，Primary Fund正在美國證券交易委員會的指導下制定剩余款項的返還計劃。

而值得關注的是，The Reserve并未說明是否在清盤以前受到了中投的贖回指令。

Stable Investment Corp. will not receive any funds prior to other investors in the Primary Fund, and the price per share it receives will be determined by the final Plan of Liquidation.
